About the role

  • Provide operational support and implement leadership programs, traineeships and development formats
  • Contribute to the establishment and ongoing development of the VDK Academy Germany
  • Analyze the current situation regarding continuing education and training at our partner companies and identify opportunities to develop and establish in-house training centers
  • Work closely with site managers, HR and business units to implement practice-oriented training solutions
  • Support the planning, organization and follow-up of training measures
  • Maintain training overviews, feedback analyses and needs assessments to continuously improve the offerings

Requirements

  • A few years of professional experience in Learning & Development, People Development, HR - further education or similar project-focused HR positions
  • Initial practical experience with training organization, program support or personnel development measures
  • Enjoyment of hands-on operational work, coordination and implementation — you like to get involved and are happy to visit our sites to analyze and support learning formats on location
  • Structured and independent working style with a good sense for people and learning needs
  • Interest in technical or trade-oriented work environments (prior experience is a plus but not required)
  • Very good German skills and good English skills for collaboration with the Netherlands
