• Contribute to end-to-end payroll (monthly runs, change/variance checks, reporting)
• Proactive quality assurance: identify discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions, and document thoroughly
• Support the implementation of a modern, scalable payroll solution for our VDK colleagues in Germany — from vendor selection to go-live
• Prepare and develop the HR budget with a focus on personnel costs
• Draft and prepare employment contract documents for VDK colleagues in Germany and for managing directors
• Actively contribute to clear, modern HR policies and fair compensation structures for Germany, as well as to HR-wide projects

Payroll Specialist

Engineer

• Ontwerpen en uitwerken van installaties in AutoCAD en/of Revit.
• Vertalen van technische specificaties naar heldere en correcte tekeningen.
• Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs.
• Opstellen en aanpassen van technische tekeningen (2D/3D).
• Controleren van tekeningen op juistheid, volledigheid en normconformiteit.
• Ondersteunen bij berekeningen en technische analyses wanneer nodig.
• Overleg en afstemming met projectteam en leveranciers.

Project Manager

• Provide operational support and implement leadership programs, traineeships and development formats
• Contribute to the establishment and ongoing development of the VDK Academy Germany
• Analyze the current situation regarding continuing education and training at our partner companies and identify opportunities to develop and establish in-house training centers
• Work closely with site managers, HR and business units to implement practice-oriented training solutions
• Support the planning, organization and follow-up of training measures
• Maintain training overviews, feedback analyses and needs assessments to continuously improve the offerings
