About the role
- Part of the team implementing project sponsorships in the field of key technologies
- Planning and organizing national and international research funding activities
- Advising and supporting parties interested in funding and applicants
- Reviewing, assessing, and overseeing research and development projects
- Analyzing and evaluating new trends in research and development and their application prospects
- Supporting clients in strategic, conceptual, and technical matters
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a master's degree and a PhD in physics
- In-depth knowledge in fusion research and/or closely related subfields of physics
- Initial experience in industry and/or research environments
- Interest in innovation and research policy
- First experience working in interdisciplinary teams
- Confident demeanor when engaging with stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent German (C2) and strong English skills (C1)
