About the role

  • Responsible for marketing activities and community management around technology, industry, careers, and recruiting
  • Manage targeted campaigns including associated monitoring, analysis, and reporting – both B2B and B2C
  • Develop social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Create audience-appropriate content in various formats such as blogs, videos, and podcasts
  • Use SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and reach
  • Develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns using automation tools
  • Create concepts for career fairs and design experiences that deliver real added value and new perspectives
  • Work closely with Media Sales & Events, Digital Media, and Editorial teams and manage agencies and service providers

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in business administration and/or media management with a focus on marketing—ideally digital and performance marketing
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in a technical or digital environment
  • Experience in event marketing is an advantage
  • Strong digital affinity and a keen interest in new technologies and trends
  • Hands-on mentality, high commitment, pragmatic approach
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Creativity, conceptual strength, and analytical thinking
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Google Analytics for data analysis and monitoring
