About the role
- In this role, you will develop tailored solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Finance, directly contributing to the modernization of our internal and external business processes.
- You will work closely with business units, implementation partners, and agile teams, taking responsibility for technical concepts, implementation, and quality.
- You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement them on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Finance platform.
- You will develop extensions, customizations, and integrations, and securely connect third‑party systems.
- You will participate in the entire software lifecycle – from requirements analysis through design and implementation to testing, documentation, and rollout.
- You will coordinate service and implementation partners, schedule alignments, and ensure the quality of delivered services.
- You will independently take on project management tasks such as time, resource, and budget planning, risk management, and reporting.
- You will work in agile teams and drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and standards.
Requirements
- You have a degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT, or a related field.
- You bring several years of experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Finance.
- You possess solid knowledge in configuration, customizing, the Power Platform, and interface development (e.g., Web API, Azure Services).
- You have experience managing external service providers, including SLA management and quality assurance.
- You are familiar with project management – ideally with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- You work in a structured, solution‑oriented way, have strong communication skills, and value teamwork.
