Account Manager

• Collaborate with Consultants to provide VERIFY documents in accordance with client agreements.
• Manage VERIFY data for both new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, elevator contractors, and Consultants regarding VERIFY & CCM(Certificate Compliance Management) processes.
• Ensure compliance with VDA requests through frequent follow-up with elevator contractors.
• Attend VERIFY-related meetings as required.
• Manage billing for projects, accommodating client preferences regarding billing frequency and processes.
• Address client questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between VDA, clients, and their vendors.
• Maintain the online accounts for the VDA Customer Portal.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
