Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician or in veterinary nursing
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with adult learning, presenting, or public speaking
  • Must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program with an active license in good standing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop talent
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
