Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician or in veterinary nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with adult learning, presenting, or public speaking
- Must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program with an active license in good standing
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to mentor and develop talent
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
