About the role
- Supervise teams of representatives in the states of Goiás and Tocantins:
- Sales team management: Coordinate, guide and develop exclusive sales representatives (RCAs) to maximize sales results.
- Strategic planning: Monitor goals and performance indicators, adjusting actions to ensure objectives are met.
- Customer relationship management: Strengthen partnerships, identify market opportunities and promote solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Continuous training: Lead training sessions and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Market analysis: Monitor trends and competitors, contributing to the definition of commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Previous experience supervising or leading sales teams in the pet food segment
- Skills in people management, negotiation, and strategic vision
- Ability to inspire and engage teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
