About the role
- Analyze risks, participate in interviews with key stakeholders, and consolidate findings to be presented to Management
- Assist in planning, reviewing and testing key controls of the Internal Control System (ICS) and help implement the ICS Policy
- Support stakeholders throughout the business impact analysis process, the development of business continuity plans and periodic testing
- Contribute to the improvement of risk and control tools, participate in cross-functional projects related to governance and the risk management framework, and provide support for regulatory work and internal documentation
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in an academic program (Master’s level, ideally at HEC)
- You have basic knowledge of principles in Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control Systems and Compliance
- You are comfortable with data analysis and continuity management
- You have strong analytical skills and a structured mindset
- You have strong writing skills
- You have good interpersonal skills
- You are autonomous, dynamic, intellectually curious and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
