About the role

  • Analyze risks, participate in interviews with key stakeholders, and consolidate findings to be presented to Senior Management.
  • Assist in planning, reviewing and testing key controls of the ICS (Internal Control System) and help implement the ICS Policy.
  • Support stakeholders in the process of business impact analyses (BIA), business continuity planning (BCP) and periodic testing.
  • Contribute to improving risk management and control tools, participate in cross-functional projects related to governance and the risk management framework, and provide support for regulatory work and internal documentation.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in an academic program (Master's level, preferably at HEC).
  • You have basic knowledge of principles in Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control Systems and Compliance.
  • You are comfortable with data analysis and business continuity management.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.
  • You have strong written communication skills.
  • You have good interpersonal skills.
  • You are autonomous, proactive, intellectually curious and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
