About the role
- Support, advise and develop the named general agencies
- Accompany and support field sales staff
- Coach and provide further training for field sales staff
- Support market development activities of the general agencies
- Act as liaison to the executive departments at the company headquarters
Requirements
- Several years of experience in insurance field sales, specifically in private and occupational pension provision
- Professional training in the insurance industry with further qualification as an IAF Financial Planner
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong customer orientation
- High degree of self-motivation
- Authentic presence with strong assertiveness
- Excellent spoken and written German skills
