About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Perform tasks related to claims services for our policyholders within defined responsibilities and processes
- Receive and analyze claim notifications received by mail and enter them into the system
- Review and explain claim statements to customers by email or phone
- Contact veterinarians to complete claim files
- Various correspondence in German and French by mail, email or phone
- Handle other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with computer tools
- Fluent in German — spoken and written (native German/Swiss German required)
- Good command of French
- Accuracy, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit
