About the role

  • Ensure full management of files from the moment they are forwarded for debt recovery
  • Establish and maintain varied contacts (written and by phone) with Vaudoise branches, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, courts, and clients
  • Analyze financial situations and grant and negotiate appropriate payment arrangements
  • Monitor and process incoming payments in direct coordination with collections
  • Support Vaudoise branches on all litigation and debt collection-related matters
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and collection processes

Requirements

  • Federal VET Certificate (CFC) in Commerce or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken German and French; knowledge of Italian is an asset
  • Good knowledge of the Swiss Federal Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act, with significant experience in this field in Switzerland
  • Proficient with standard IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel
  • Autonomous and efficient, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Rigorous and structured, well-organized with a strong professional ethic
  • Curious and versatile, with a strong interest in a variety of tasks
  • Committed and proactive, values teamwork and contributes to an open and constructive collaborative environment
