About the role
- Support for the sales team – You will work closely with our field advisors and ensure they receive optimal support
- Preparation of quotes and proposals for private individuals and corporate clients
- Opening and handling of claims in the area of property and liability insurance
- Responsibility for the practical training of apprentices/trainees
- Telephone customer service – You are the first point of contact for our insurance partners and their customers
- Collaboration with specialist departments – You will work closely with internal experts to find the best solutions for our customers.
Requirements
- Completed training in the insurance industry with experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
- Good knowledge of the insurance agent/agency channel is an advantage
- VBV intermediary qualification is required
- Further training in the insurance field is an advantage – ideally you already have it or are willing to pursue it
- Excellent command of German, both spoken and written
- Sales- and customer-oriented
- Ability to work independently and flexibility
- Communicative and open personality
