About the role
- Preparing and processing quotes and handling all associated administrative tasks in the area of asset insurance
- Settling claims within the authority of the general agency
- Active collaboration with our field sales staff and brokers
- Direct customer contact by phone and at reception
Requirements
- Commercial qualification/apprenticeship in the insurance sector and experience in customer support
- Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Open, reliable and balanced personality
- VBV certification an advantage
