Requirements

  • Commercial education in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
  • VBV certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional diploma) is an advantage
  • Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient way of working
  • Independent, reliable and balanced personality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
