About the role
- Preparing quotes in non-life insurance and private pension plans
- Opening claims and handling minor claims
- Active collaboration with our field sales staff
- Direct customer contact by phone and at the service desk
Requirements
- Commercial education in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
- VBV certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional diploma) is an advantage
- Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient way of working
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
