About the role
- Independent, end-to-end handling of files from the initiation of debt enforcement proceedings
- Establishing and maintaining a variety of written and telephone contacts with Vaudoise agencies, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, courts, and clients
- Analysis of financial situations and granting and negotiating appropriate payment terms
- Monitoring and processing incoming payments in direct collaboration with the collections department
- Supporting and advising Vaudoise agencies on all matters related to legal disputes
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring and collections processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Excellent spoken and written German and French; Italian skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act and several years of experience in this field in Switzerland
- Confident use of standard MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Independent and efficient working style, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Structured and meticulous approach to work, strong organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility
