About the role
- Train all relevant stakeholders in the use of the implemented tools
- Represent the German-speaking Switzerland sales organization in cross-functional projects
- Ensure efficient and constructive coordination between sales and agency leaders
- Harmonize working methods with the Romandie and Ticino regions
- Contribute to the design and further development of reporting and processes to support a smooth sales operation
Requirements
- Higher education in insurance, finance and/or marketing, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales and/or the insurance sector
- Strong proficiency in using IT tools
- Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French
- Willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland
