About the role
- Support for the sales team – you will work closely with our field advisors and ensure they are optimally supported
- Preparing quotes for both private individuals and corporate clients
- Telephone customer service – you are the first point of contact for our insurance partners and their customers
- Collaboration with specialist departments – you will work closely with internal experts to find the best solutions for our clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the insurance sector with experience in administrative/business functions
- Good knowledge of the insurance agency channel is an advantage
- VBV intermediary qualification is a plus – ideally you already have this or are willing to pursue further training
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Sales- and customer-oriented
- Ability to work independently and flexibility
- Communicative and open personality
