- Drive end-to-end delivery from scoped requirements to production
- Define quality thresholds and release gates

Requirements
- 6–10+ years Product or Technical Program Management
- Proven experience shipping AI-enabled capabilities into production
- Healthcare experience required
- Architecture-level fluency (can challenge design decisions)
- Experience embedding systems into real workflows
