About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation, building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
- Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Lead customer-facing change management initiatives related to data, workflows, and implementation processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely go-lives and reduced time-to-first-value.
- Work with clients on finalizing business decisions and measures selection for their tenancy.
- Guide customers through data Kick-off/onboarding, validation, and integration to ensure clean, accurate historical & incremental data.
- Review and validate incoming data files, confirm mapping logic, and identify data quality, formatting, or logic issues.
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues during pre-implementation using structured analysis and file-based validation.
- Act as the technical liaison between customer-facing teams and offshore product development and implementation/technical support teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver implementation training, workshops, and documentation to support customer adoption.
- Maintain and improve implementation knowledge base articles, SOPs, and educational resources.
- Own incident triage during implementation, driving issues from investigation through resolution.
- Partner with product, engineering, QA, sales, and support teams to improve implementation processes and platform stability.
- Track implementation KPIs and customer adoption metrics, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare technology, or healthcare SaaS.
- Experience working with Health Plans, Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Service Organizations (MSOs), and/or value-based care programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to data validation and integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hand-on working experience in data analysis using UNIX and MYSQL
- Willingness to collaborate with international teams as needed and work in extended office hours
