About the role
- Lead and improve the company’s HR processes;
- Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees, from defining profiles to final hires;
- Manage hiring and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and internal procedures;
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decisions related to workplace climate, performance, and people development;
- Propose and implement improvements in culture, internal communication, engagement, and people management practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in generalist HR (senior level)
- Experience in fast-paced environments or startups is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and lead end-to-end processes
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational abilities
