Analyst

• Classify and verify incoming and outgoing tax invoices for materials, as well as control and file fiscal documents;
• Analyze the potential for obtaining tax credits when classifying incoming tax invoices;
• Support and advise operational and administrative areas regarding fiscal documents;
• Issue outbound product documents and monitor return deadlines for equipment sent for maintenance and/or repair;
• Prepare and submit ancillary tax filings within statutory deadlines, based on the company's tax records;
• Perform periodic reviews of tax legislation to avoid penalties and ensure compliance with principal and ancillary obligations;
• Keep the company's ERP updated in accordance with changes in tax legislation;
• Calculate, remit and control compliance for ICMS and DIFAL, including legislative analysis and preparation of ancillary filings.
