About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and oversee the entire process of delivering license files to customers
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of purchase orders to relevant departments
  • Handle intake of incoming cases, including logging, prioritizing, and assigning them to appropriate teams or individuals
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about license file deliveries, PO distributions, and case intakes
  • Act as a central point of contact for process-related inquiries and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support activities in Salesforce
  • Assist with quoting, deal closing, and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Provide guidance and training on Salesforce-related tasks and processes
  • Review and approve quotes for accuracy, pricing compliance, and company-policy alignment
  • Build complex quotes with multi-product configurations, discount approvals, and non-standard terms
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure deals and resolve pricing or contractual issues
  • Ensure quote accuracy in Salesforce, including product selection, term lengths, and billing arrangements
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Identify, implement, and communicate process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience reviewing or building quotes, processing orders, or supporting sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and CPQ tools
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, quoting workflows, and contract terms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with spreadsheet data in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining quotes, pricing, and processes
  • High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive pricing and customer information confidentially
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn complex deal structures and pricing models
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, customer success, business operations, or related analytical roles
  • Preferred: strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Preferred: ability to learn technical systems quickly and adapt to changing business needs
  • Preferred: experience with process documentation or workflow improvement initiatives
