About the role
- Partner with product marketing and engineering to gather in-depth knowledge of new and existing products and their features.
- Create and deliver comprehensive training sessions for internal teams, ensuring knowledge retention and capability to communicate products and features effectively, as well as soft skills where needed.
- Develop training materials, including LMS courses, handbooks, videos, and interactive content.
- Create other content and courses and needs arise throughout Vasion.
- Be the administrator for our LMS.
- Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams on topics pertinent to their world.
- Identify knowledge gaps and make adjustments based on feedback and overall performance.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of development programs using metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate and partner with field enablement, product and marketing teams to support smooth product launches, creating launch kits, FAQs, and relevant training content.
- Ensure that all documentation related to product features, benefits, and use cases is up-to-date and accessible to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product training or enablement, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years experience in instructional design, with expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of levels of learning and adult learning theory.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience creating training materials and conducting product training sessions.
- Expert in learning management systems and training technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel if necessary for training sessions.
- Expert in instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS products and understanding of software development processes.
- Basic understanding of print management and automation along with related technologies.
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Slack and Google Suite.
