About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Operations team
  • Manage team workload, capacity, sourcing assignments, productivity, quality, and candidate experience
  • Recruit, onboard, retain, and develop team talent
  • Own the Talent Acquisition technology stack strategy, roadmap, implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization
  • Oversee system enhancements and customized configurations
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, business reviews, service levels, and deliverables
  • Partner with IT, HRIS, HR, and process owners on workflow continuity, adoption, compliance, and AI solution deployment
  • Own Talent Acquisition data reporting and analytics, including dashboards and recurring reporting
  • Analyze and communicate recruiting KPIs and trends, translating insights into recommendations
  • Establish audit routines for regulatory compliance and data integrity with HR Compliance and Legal
  • Lead Talent Marketing strategy, employer brand campaigns, career site content, advertising, social media, and recruitment marketing technology
  • Measure and optimize talent marketing performance, media spend, and channel mix
  • Own the Early Career Program, including internship and entry-level hiring, university partnerships, events, pipelines, and conversion
  • Design early career cohort experiences and improve the program using retention and performance data
  • Enable sourcing through tools, licenses, talent pools, market intelligence, and search strategies
  • Develop sourcing playbooks, training, and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement, change management, and training across talent processes and tools
  • Liaise between Talent Operations, HRIS, HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition on policy, process, and system changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience leading configuration, management, and implementation of ATS, HCM, and/or CRM systems
  • Strong data and analytics acumen; experience building dashboards and executive reporting
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferred, including continuous improvement, value stream mapping, Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, and workflow mapping
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, HRIS, and/or recruiting operations required
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience required
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams preferred
  • Demonstrated ATS, HCM, and/or CRM systems experience required; Workday and Phenom preferred
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data and communicating insights to senior leaders required
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts required
  • Experience collaborating with Human Resource functions required
  • Experience with project management, implementation workbooks, and training deployment required
  • Experience with talent marketing, employer branding, and/or recruitment marketing platforms preferred
  • Experience building or managing early career, internship, or campus recruiting programs preferred
  • Ability to perform sedentary office-environment duties, including filing, lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending as necessary
