Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3 years customer service experience preferred
1-2 years at BSN Sports preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office application proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams)
Strong product knowledge
Demonstrated a high proficiency of SAP, QOE, MTS, CRM (Engage) order flow management, and Vendor B2B sites.
Team sports experience required
High School Diploma / GED; college degree (preferred)
