About the role
- Provide support to Sales management and Sales Pros
- Assist and train Sales Pros on order entry
- Research vendor issues and check availability of products
- Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros
- Managing sales reports for orders processed
- Responsible for opening, running and closing customer web stores (MTS)
- Communicate issues between sales and other departments
- Keep open communication with vendors
- Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
- Continuing education around knowledge of products
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 1-2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
- Team sports experience preferred
- Self-motivated team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Proficiency in SAP, QOE, CRM (Engage)
