About the role

  • Provide support to Sales management and Sales Pros
  • Assist and train Sales Pros on order entry
  • Research vendor issues and check availability of products
  • Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros
  • Managing sales reports for orders processed
  • Responsible for opening, running and closing customer web stores (MTS)
  • Communicate issues between sales and other departments
  • Keep open communication with vendors
  • Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
  • Continuing education around knowledge of products

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 1-2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
  • Team sports experience preferred
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Proficiency in SAP, QOE, CRM (Engage)
