About the role
- Coach/train Sales Pros on product knowledge, professional sales techniques, company culture and procedures
- Motivate Sales Pros to exceed goals and develop professional sales habits
- Resolve problems on a timely basis
- Ensure Sales Pros adhere to company policy
- Travel in the field with Sales Pros to help develop new accounts and increase sales in current accounts
- Develop a pipeline of future Sales Pros
- Interview and recruit the best talent to join the BSN SPORTS team
- Evaluate account performance reviews to budget and forecast sales of products
- Assist Regional Sales Director and Sales VP in planning and presentations for sales meetings
- Participate in regional trade shows
- Lead weekly regional sales huddles and team/individual training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university preferred
- 2+ years prior sales team management experience (5-10 direct reports)
- 3+ years prior B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Recruiting experience
