Implement advanced automations and segmentation for onboarding, replenishment, cross-sells, winbacks, abandons, and offer tests.
Map and document flow logic, maintain and improve existing flows, and test new flows for technical accuracy and deliverability.
Manage end-to-end execution of one-time and recurring email campaigns including QA and Klaviyo configuration (sending profiles, timing, throttling, exclusions).
Build and maintain content calendar/strategy for promotional, evergreen, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, retention manager, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer journey and brand voice.
Manage Klaviyo list, segment, filter, and tag hygiene; design pop-ups and zero-party data capture; A/B test pop-ups.
Monitor deliverability and sender reputation; troubleshoot bounce spikes, spam complaints, and deliverability issues.
Report daily/weekly/monthly on campaign and flow performance; run continuous A/B tests and analyze results.
Work with measurement/data teams to build reports (Google Data Studio, data warehouse) and present insights.
Coordinate projects with internal teams and external agencies/vendors; provide and review deliverables with vendors like Klaviyo and Recart.
Compile, review, and submit email and SMS invoices for approval and follow-up.
Requirements
3+ years (3-5 years typical) of direct, hands-on email marketing experience, ideally for DTC or eCommerce brands.
