Test new features, log defects, and validate fixes
Execute all aspects of verification, including functional and regression testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and influence them from a quality perspective
Act as the voice of quality by raising issues, highlighting risks, and ensuring alignment with user needs
Provide accurate and timely estimates of testing tasks and scope
Champion a seamless and reliable customer experience
Join a multidisciplinary agile team (cloud engineers, developers, designers, business professionals) focused on the Incentives product
Proactively identify potential issues, minimize risks, and safeguard product quality at every stage
Requirements
2 years of software testing or related experience
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL)
Familiarity with web services (REST)
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Professional English proficiency
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours and adjust working hours as needed
