About the role

Lead the design and development of new features using the MERN stack.
Build cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda, Aurora, DynamoDB, ECS, and GraphQL.
Improve system scalability, performance, and overall architecture.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with CI/CD and test automation.
Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical mentorship.
Shape technical decisions for a fast-scaling SaaS Sales Planning platform and single-page React application.
Deliver features that directly support revenue growth and go-to-market execution.

8+ years of experience in modern web development with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Strong background with microservices, cloud architecture, and serverless development (preferably AWS).
Solid knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and API design (REST/GraphQL).
Experience in automated testing, CI/CD, and agile delivery environments.
Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
Experience with Redux, messaging systems (Kafka, Kinesis), or Docker (nice to have).
AWS certification or equivalent hands-on expertise (nice to have).
Background in product-focused teams or SaaS platforms (nice to have).
Candidates must be based in Argentina.
Must be prepared to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours; flexibility to align working hours required.
