Manage and develop clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as the primary point of contact for our entire product portfolio
Identify potential new and target customers and continuously monitor the market and our competitors
Coordinate closely with your presales colleagues in the relevant specialist areas to convincingly present our products to customers
As the interface to our customers, actively contribute to shaping our strategic market direction in collaboration with our consultants and executive management
Understand the needs of our customers holistically, identify cross‑selling opportunities and develop one‑stop solutions that deliver genuine added value
Delight customers by addressing their individual requirements and offering tailored solutions together with our technical consultants and presales
Strengthen customer relationships through continuous support and thereby assist in expanding existing customer projects
Regularly exchange information with Account Managers from other business units about customers and joint projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in technical sales of IT services
You have successfully owned multiple sales cycles in the IT services space from start to finish
You have an existing industry network or strong hunting skills and are willing to build one
Experience working with CRM systems
Excellent communication and project management skills
Personal interest in new and emerging technical solutions and continuing education
Business‑fluent German (C1 or higher) and fluent English (B2 or higher) are required
