About the role
- Take responsibility for local P&L structures, comment on results and derive targeted improvement opportunities
- Bring your experience to continuously develop the Accounting and Finance department
- Ensure correct accounting in accordance with HGB and guarantee the timely preparation and submission of financial reporting to the parent company in line with IFRS
- Provide reliable decision support for management through tailored management reporting, solid analyses and precise KPI reporting
- Manage all financial matters and monitor net financial positions
- Support the annual financial statement under HGB together with external advisors
- Work closely with the international group and actively shape group-wide finance and transformation projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Solid knowledge of accounting under HGB and IFRS
- Proven experience in preparing financial reports, budgeting and forecasting
- Proven experience in management reporting and KPI analysis
- Successful collaboration with external advisors and authorities
- Strong analytical thinking and a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Appreciation for cooperative teamwork
- High level of personal responsibility and willingness to actively drive changes in accounting and reporting
- Business-fluent German and English
