About the role

  • You independently and punctually prepare monthly payroll and salary statements for our clients.
  • As the central point of contact, you answer questions related to payroll accounting.
  • Coordinate communication with relevant parties such as authorities, health insurers, and social security institutions.
  • In close coordination with your colleagues, you support their work regarding payroll-relevant data for our clients.
  • Drive the strategic development of the Payroll/Payroll Accounting area in collaboration with management.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training in tax consulting, human resources, or a comparable qualification
  • Further qualification as a Payroll Specialist (Fachassistent/-in Lohn und Gehalt)
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Confident demeanor when dealing with clients
  • Service-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll and social security law
  • Experience working with DATEV (Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS)
  • Ability to adapt to new situations
  • Enthusiasm for helping to shape the future of tax consulting
