• Payroll processing: You independently prepare monthly payroll and salary statements for our clients accurately and on time.
• Payroll-related advisory: As the primary point of contact, you answer payroll-related questions, support clients in resolving complex issues, and collaboratively optimize their payroll processes.
• Central liaison: You coordinate communication with relevant parties such as authorities, health insurers and social security institutions.
• Team collaboration: In close coordination with your colleagues, you support work related to clients' payroll data.
• Strategic development: You will strategically expand the payroll function and continuously develop it together with management. You will drive the digitization and automation of processes as well as the integration of innovative tools and interfaces to elevate payroll accounting.
