About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering end-to-end tender management, contract management through its entire life cycle, contract maintenance
Negotiate terms & conditions with customers
Project manage and respond to RFPs
Check multiple RFP websites daily for updates
Advise and provide guidance across all management levels
Minimize exposure to contractual risks
Ensure compliance with BOPs
Drive efficiencies through process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
3+ years of experience with contracts management
Fully Bilingual – French & English
Strong functional knowledge of a contract lifecycle management system
Experience working with data and reporting tools such as Cognos, Tableau or other BI tools
Knowledge of the Canadian Health Care System
Ability to negotiate terms and conditions to lower Vantive’s risk
