About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sales of Vantive product and therapy concepts in the field of peritoneal dialysis
- Implementation of defined sales, marketing and general corporate strategies
- Development, consultation and support for our customers regarding therapies, devices and products
- Conducting therapy and product training
- Supporting our customers in setting up home dialysis structures
- Managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers and developing home dialysis network structures
- Participation in symposia and continuing education events
- Use of required analysis and CRM tools for planning and managing sales activities
- Reporting complaints and adverse events in accordance with applicable regulations
- Independently responsible, economical and efficient route planning within the sales territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Nurse (e.g., registered nurse) familiar with dialysis center workflows and ideally with initial experience in selling medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals in this setting
- Alternatively, a completed degree in a natural science and/or clinical training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sales, marketing or product management within the medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry, as well as experience in user training
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of social competence, empathy, sense of responsibility and initiative
- Certified pharmaceutical representative (IHK) or competence according to §75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG) required
- Solution-oriented team player with a high degree of initiative and enjoyment of project work
- Fluent German and good command of English to participate in international events and interdisciplinary projects
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, including preparing account analyses and evaluating sales-relevant financial metrics
- Familiar with video conferencing software (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.), virtual continuing education and web-based training
