About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategy and execution for the Chronic PD portfolio across the Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa territory
- Drive cohesive resource coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Develop and maintain strategic physician and business relationships
- Partner closely with PD Clinical Specialists to align resources
- Negotiate and manage all local contracts
- Expand and grow PD therapy utilization focusing on increased PD referrals
- Conduct scientific/technical sales presentations and discussions related to the portfolio
- Create, manage, and grow territory sales opportunity funnel to close new business and expand market share
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant medical device and/or clinical sales experience
- Proven track record of closing new business
- Physician engagement experience in a selling environment
- Experience calling on nephrologists and having established networks of physicians preferred
- Proficient at full sales cycle management (prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling and closing)
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a medical field required
- Track record of managing multiple projects and/or businesses while consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Advanced consultative sales skills including excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to relate to various levels of management and staff in the clinic environment
- Demonstrated negotiating skills with ability to initiate, execute and close associated contractual processes
- Demonstrated forecasting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
