About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees (approx 200)
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and liaising with global centers of excellence as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College Diploma in HR Management, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits or HR
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills; projection of professional image and credibility; teamwork oriented, flexible and inclusive
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Expert in MS Excel
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree; Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
