About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engaging with healthcare providers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and regulators to build scientific support for our therapies
Developing and implementing a comprehensive Medical Affairs clinical and education strategy
Design and implement a fellowship education program, including delivery of scientific presentations
Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to create high-quality educational content
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and within medical affairs
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure all education activities comply with industry regulations code of conduct and company policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field, Master’s degree preferred (RN, NP, APRN, PA)
Former experience in industry/MA team preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Renal Replacement Therapies (CKD, PD, HD, AKI, and CRRT)
Strong management skills, decisiveness, and resourcefulness
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to provide education on complex scientific/clinical issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, public speaking and teaching skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time (US territory map).
