About the role

  • Administration and further development of our IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Azure, ensuring data security, system availability, and backup strategies
  • Planning, deployment, and maintenance of networks at MVZ locations (medical care centers), including nationwide involvement in the IT setup for new practices in our Berlin or Hamburg/Hanover clusters
  • Management and integration of practice management systems (PVS)
  • 1st- and 2nd-level support for internal users — remotely and on-site at our clinic and office locations
  • Coordination with external IT service providers, vendors/manufacturers, and our central IT team to ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience (at least 4–5 years) as an IT Administrator or in a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows environments, and network planning
  • Experience configuring firewall, switching, and VPN technologies
  • Experience with practice management systems (PVS) is a plus
  • Structured, service-oriented working style
  • Excellent German language skills at native-speaker level
  • Willingness to travel for business (approx. 20%) for on-site support and commissioning of new locations
