About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large U.S. employers
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing opportunities to place foreign nationals
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand partnerships with enterprise organizations
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure all placements are fulfilled efficiently
  • Monitor trends in enterprise workforce needs and visa programs
  • Partner with marketing and strategy teams to create targeted proposals
  • Represent Vanteo at industry conferences, trade shows, and other forums
  • Ensure compliance with all visa program regulations and industry standards
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with enterprise clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in business development or workforce solutions, particularly with enterprise-level organizations
  • Strong understanding of EB-3, H-2B, and other visa programs applicable to enterprise staffing
  • Demonstrated ability to sell multiple products and services to large employers and navigate lengthy contract negotiations
