About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with large U.S. employers
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing opportunities to place foreign nationals
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and expand partnerships with enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure all placements are fulfilled efficiently
- Monitor trends in enterprise workforce needs and visa programs
- Partner with marketing and strategy teams to create targeted proposals
- Represent Vanteo at industry conferences, trade shows, and other forums
- Ensure compliance with all visa program regulations and industry standards
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with enterprise clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in business development or workforce solutions, particularly with enterprise-level organizations
- Strong understanding of EB-3, H-2B, and other visa programs applicable to enterprise staffing
- Demonstrated ability to sell multiple products and services to large employers and navigate lengthy contract negotiations
