About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Focus on the installation, technical optimization, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer facilities
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned equipment installation projects
Create detailed inspection reports capturing condition of equipment and efficiency of process
Interact with clients to comprehend project requirements and design equipment solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering teams
Ensure installed equipment complies with standards, codes, policies, practices, and specifications
Provide off-site technical support to customers
Carry out activities safely, following company procedures; ensuring all work is properly documented
Build and develop new and existing accounts, managing sales opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related discipline desired
Mechanical Engineering Degree strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in field engineering, project management, field operations, or equipment integration
Strong mechanical aptitude with direct, hands on applications
Experience reading electrical schematics and CAD diagrams
Required experience using hand tools and performing electrical wiring in the field
Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 pounds and ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours
Advanced skill in MS Office Suite of tools
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Good verbal communication skills and ability to write technical reports or documents
Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs, including basic programming, diagnostics, and troubleshooting is preferred
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively as part of a cross‑functional team
