About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager or similar role in the Backup Power industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
