Human Resources Intern
Vantage Point LogisticsHR Intern at VPL assisting with HR operations and documentation management in a collaborative environment. Hands-on experience supporting key HR projects and initiatives in a growing organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with organizing, auditing, and maintaining HR files and employee documentation to ensure records are accurate and complete
- Support HR projects involving the migration and organization of HR data and documents
- Update HR documents and forms using VPL-branded templates
- Help streamline and improve HR filing systems and administrative processes
- Conduct file and document audits to reduce duplicate or unnecessary records
- Assist with one-time administrative and operational HR projects
- Provide support with office coordination and general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement initiatives and special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and support the team where needed.
