Key responsibilities & impact

Join the Elevate Programme and help fund real projects, protect public money, and keep decisions fair
Work across multiple live schemes, learn the full grant lifecycle, and build strong operational and analytical skills
Guide applicants through requirements and provide clear answers
Assess applications against published criteria and funding rules, and document rationale
Write sharp assessment summaries for decision panels, including risks, gaps, and recommendations
Track delivery against milestones and outputs, and chase missing information
Analyze recipient financial and performance reports, ensuring delivery matches commitments
Run several grant processes simultaneously, keeping them on track to deadline
Identify delivery, financial, and compliance risks, escalating evidence-based options

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clear writing and confident communication
Strong analysis and attention to detail
Ability to interpret rules and apply them consistently
Sound judgement, with the confidence to escalate early
A continuous improvement mindset
Grant lifecycle experience, especially in government or public-sector delivery, is a plus
Spotlight and or Creditsafe experience is brilliant but not essential as you'll receive all the training you need for the role.
