About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead architectural scope across early-stage development (WS0–WS2), including feasibility, test fits, and concept design
Define and evolve scalable, repeatable design solutions aligned to platform strategy and standardisation objectives
Integrate CSA, MEP, ICT, and Security requirements into coordinated, buildable solutions
Support technical decision-making across cost, programme, constructability, and performance
Lead regional delivery of digital information strategy aligned with global goals
Establish and maintain ISO 19650-compliant information frameworks and CDE governance (ACC/Forma)
Define / enforce portfolio-wide information standards, naming conventions, and digital workflows
Provide governance over BIM/Digital Delivery teams to ensure consistent execution of model federation and coordination

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related engineering discipline
10+ years experience in architectural design within data centre or mission critical environments
Digital information management / BIM / CDE governance
Strong knowledge ISO 19650 information management
BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Forma)
Multidisciplinary data center systems
Demonstrated leadership in platform standardisation and product development
Digital transformation or information governance programmes
Cross-functional and multi-regional environments
