About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Orchestrate the management of a high volume of large-scale, intricate real estate transactions.
Support Site Selection by overseeing and orchestrating acquisition and transactional activities within specific regions and markets.
Handle and track site selection activities within specified markets across North America.
Support due diligence processes and ensure alignment among partners for successful transaction closures.
Manage the drafting of letters of intent and access agreements in collaboration with Legal and Site Selection.
Act as a liaison to ensure alignment with internal standards, driving transactions toward closure.
Coordinate contracts and other necessary documentation for engaging third-party consultants.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or IT is preferred.
2-4 years of demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial real estate/property transactions.
Proven negotiation skills and experience in handling real estate agreements and contracts.
Experience working in a corporate real estate department a plus.
Prior experience in Data Center or technical/industrial facilities is preferred and would be beneficial.
Familiarity with site and legal due diligence processes is preferred.
Proficiency or fluency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong IT acumen is essential, including adeptness in various communication tools and software such as PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel.
