About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain ownership of the full lifecycle tracking for all energy commercial contracts
Manage and administer contracts within Ironclad
Actively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain comments, approvals, and responses in a timely manner
Coordinate and schedule meetings to evaluate contracts and review comments
Monitor execution timelines and proactively communicate risks, delays, or bottlenecks
Review energy commercial agreements and prepare clear, concise contract summaries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3–7 years of experience in contracts administration, contract management, project coordination, or a similar role
Experience managing contracts through a contract lifecycle management system (Ironclad experience strongly preferred)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
